Trapiche Manos is a wine from Uco Valley, a perfect region for growing Malbec. After being handpicked into small bins, the grapes are gently selected and destemmed, one berry at a time. Following the stages of fermentation and maceration with natural yeasts in oak vessels, the wine ages for 18 months in French oak barrels, to further continue aging in the bottle for 24 months in an underground cellar. Trapiche Manos pays homage to our people's hands, sus manos, quintessential protagonists in the crafting of this extraordinary wine.
