Service

Suggested serving temperature: between 16° and 18°C (61° and 64.5°F).

Deep red color of ripe cherries. Aromas of ripe red fruit with a subtle hint of black pepper. Medium bodied, juicy with a lingering taste.

Serve with dishes with meat and vegetables, pasta and semi-hard cheeses such as gouda, edam and gruyere.
